Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with strong skills in mixed-methods research and a deep understanding of technology development cycles. The ideal candidate should be able to translate research insights into clear and actionable recommendations while collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end user research across product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → validation).
- Apply mixed-methods techniques such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Plan, execute, and analyze research studies to influence product direction.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
- Maintain strong documentation and structured research approaches.
- Utilize remote research tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Miro, and similar platforms.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on user research experience
- Expertise in mixed-methods and data-driven analysis
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Familiar with enterprise and digital workplace platforms
- Ability to support multiple ongoing research initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI, Anthropology, or related field
- Experience with:
- Adobe tools (AEM, Workfront, Sign)
- Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps
- ServiceNow, Jira
- IT services and enterprise technology environments
